我院新型抗肿瘤药物医嘱点评及用药分析

Review of the prescriptions of novel anti-tumor drugs in a hospital and analysis of drug application

摘要:

目的 分析我院新型抗肿瘤药物的应用情况，促进合理用药。方法 利用医院信息系统（HIS）调取2022年7月—2023年6月我院使用新型抗肿瘤药物的病历资料，进行分析和汇总。结果 共抽取1 411份医嘱，其中不合理医嘱116份，不合格率为8.22%。不合理医嘱主要为超说明书用药（包括适应证、剂量及溶媒选择等应用不适宜）、未注明基因检测结果、预处理不到位和联合用药不适宜。结论 我院新型抗肿瘤药物的应用存在不合理情况，临床药师和医师需共同努力，促进新型抗肿瘤药物的合理使用。

Abstract:

Objective To analyze the application of novel anti-tumor drugs in our hospital, so as to promote clinical rational use of drugs.Methods Patient medical records involving novel anticancer drug usage between July 2022 and June 2023 were retrieved from the hospital information system (HIS) for analysis and synthesis.Results A total of 1 411 prescriptions were retrieved, of which 116 were irrational, with an incidence rate of 8.22%. The main types for irrational prescriptions were exceeding the indications, dosage, and solvent selection specified in the drug label, failure to indicate the results of genetic testing, inadequate pretreatment, and inappropriate combination of drugs.Conclusion There are some irrational situations in the application of novel anti-cancer drugs in our hospital. Physicians and pharmacists should make joint efforts to promote the rational use of anti-tumor drugs in clinical practice.
