Abstract:Myelosuppression is one of the most common and serious adverse reactions after chemotherapy in cancer patients. As a tool of assessment, screening and prediction, the risk prediction models of myelosuppression can help medical staff identify high-risk groups of myelosuppression at early stage. This study integrated the risk factors of myelosuppression of cancer patients after chemotherapy, and summed up the risk prediction models for myelosuppression. The construction methods, verification techniques, and predictive performance of various models were compared here, and their shortcomings were also analyzed. It provided reference for early identification of high-risk groups of myelosuppression and timely effective preventive measures.
